Question about HP LaserJet 4250n Printer
HP do not use fuser oil. The upper roller is made of a non stick coating. When this begins to waer the toner sticks to the roller along with excess paper dust off the paper. This is what will cause a repeat image on a page. You need to swop the fuser unit to cure this fault

The fuser roll has redundent image stuck to it. You will nead to check the reson the fuser is not cleaning. May be lack of fuser oil. Some lazer printers nead fuser oil on a wick that puts a lite film on the roller.
