Unscrewed the air pump into frame. Did I broke my Quinny??

Hello. I was installing the shopping baskt on my Quinny buzz and I, for error, I've unscrewed the air pump installed into metalic frame. It was thighted by a screw and I tought I had to dismount it to install the bag. The pump can't be forced to the original position... What can I do? Did I comprimized the functionality of my quinny? Is the quinny still safe for my baby?
Many thanks.

This will not effect the safety of this item x
you might be able to get this back to its original postion if you clase and fasten the pram and then try and fix this issue hope this helps x
you can contct by phone who are the only impoters and spares stockists fro quinnys in the uk and do fix faulty or broken quinnys there is a charge but would be alot cheaper than buying a new pram x

The Quinny Buzz handlebar is not available as a spare part item for us to send out for customers as it is a Level 3 repair which means our engineers need to carry out inspection / repair work required. This is due to safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted.

Good Morning

Without inspection we wouldn't be able to advise exactly what has happened to this chassis, but it shouldn't be a case of the chassis warping due to your using it with the handlebar extended, as it has been designed for this use. As the chassis is a 2010 model it is still under warranty: Please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase and ask them to make arrangements for the chassis to come to our engineers for full inspection and any repair work required under the terms and conditions of the 2 year chassis warranty.
