Question about Samsung NC10-14GW PC Notebook
A recent Microsoft update is probably responsible for this. It will have changed your keyboard settings from English UK to English US.
Here is how to set it right >>>>>>
Click on the start menu and click control panel. From the list in control panel click on Regional and Language Options.
Click on the Languages tab and then click on the Details button.
In that list you will both language settings (US and UK).
Click on English US and click on remove. (If English UK is not in the list click on "Add" and select English UK as the default keyboard settings).
The computer will tell you that the language cannot be removed until you log off or something similar of that nature.
Click Yes and then Apply and Apply and OK in the other window.
Then click on the start menu and log off your account.
Re-log on and the keyboard settings should be changed to UK.
If you require anymore help please feel free to post back.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
