Question about Keyboards & Mice
I have recently changed my pc and now have only USB2 connection. I have tried a splitter connector to my PS/2 connector but can only get either mouse or keyboard and not both to connect. Any suggestions?

Today I tried pressing the reset button on the bottom of the mouse, and at the same time pressed the button on the top of the remote reciever. I'd pressed both in the past, but never at the same time. This seems to have fixed this problem. I hope it's a solution for others also.

My Dell wireless keyboard doesn't work. I replaced the batteries in it and pressed the green button on the back of it then the button on the wireless thing plugged into the computer. That light blinks for a few seconds then stops but the keyboard still doesn't work. My wireless mouse works fine.

did this come with software
and you might need to do a uninstall reinstall
if it worked on same pc before it should work now.
if you have a reset button on transmitter try resetting it.
