This is a press or pound on type nut usually a one time use! But if you are carefull you can unscrew with a pair of plyers by turning both ways but pulling hard on them! Once you get it off you can put washers on the axle to take up the play. Then before you put the press nut back on make sure you didn't bend up the little pieces of the metal. They should be bairly slanting to the inside of the nut. If they are slanting to the out side bend them in gently. them tap the nut back on!
Hi Lisa - It could be that if there is dirt and debris on the wheel axel or inside the connection it would prevent the wheel clicking in properly. Remove both back wheels and give a wash in warm soapy water then dry thoroughly before putting back into place. Does the same side wheel fall off even if you swap the back wheels over? If this is the case it would indicate a chassis problem rather than a wheel problem. If it is the same wheel that always falls off it would suggest a wheel problem. i have the graco quattro tour sport, i put it together & noticed the swivel lock was missing! I have to take the wheel back tonight but i had already put it on the pram! after reading 'Adorough's' comment i had good look at the wheel to figure out how to get it off. 1) fold the pram up and stand it so the front wheels are up. 2) if you look round the back of the front wheel you should see a round 'pin' which is set back, you well need a pen or something pointy to press the pin in & pull the wheel! That worked for me.
