I have a 13" RCA color tv that has a delayed power up....but, if i unplug the cord and plug it back in, it comes up. How can i fix this? It is not much but i was wanting to give it to a nursing home resident, Thanks in advance

- Hi...thanks for responding. This unit is a 13 inch RCA. Manufactured Jan 1996. Model # is E13201OK (the last 2 letters were hard to read...and may not be correct).120 ac volts

Probable regulated 12v power supply.....To help further....need
info....Model # and service # and mo /yr built off back of set..T.
DP02.............RCA part # 198752 sub 185197 or generic
and a common 12v zener = SK12A or ECG5021A............T.
special alignment with substitute.....original no longer available.

- Part locations clearly labeled on board..difficulty in basing configuration...transistor base, emitter and collector needspecial alignment with substitute.....original no longer available.
