Question about Dell Inspiron B130 Notebook
3 ports all defective sounds like they may have been disabled . Have you checked your bios?Dell is going to tell you you need a very expensive mo0therboard replacement and will try to sell you another computer. You are better off checking your drivers. Go into the control panel /system/hardware/device manager and see what you have going onwith your USB controllers.
Reinstall the drivers or update them, I can't see three ports suddenly becoming defective physically.
