Question about Technics 13.5VDC 1.2A Class2 Power Unit (TEAD48131200U) Power Supply
You have a blown power transistor, they come in pairs you need to replace both. You may have a safety relay that is cutting off the power amps because they are drawing to much current., that is why it appears to stay "on".
