Question about Kenmore 24032\24036 Top Load Washer
HI, this will be a control fault in this situation. This can possibly be reset if the damage to the control sector is not severe. In order to reset the main control sector, you will need to shutdown the power to the unit, by unplugging or shutting off the appropriate circuit breaker switch for five minutes. This will drain all power to the control sector, and force the logic chips to reset. Once the five minutes have passed, re-introduce power to the unit, and try to run a complete cycle once more. If the unit continues to fail at the second rinse cycle, this Will confirm that the damage is severe. The control will need to be replaced by a qualified service tech.
