Hi all i have a 323 astina 2000 Rear brakes working fine. Ive got no handbrake i have tightened the. 10mm bolt at the leaver. Is there anywhere else i can tighten the cable ??

Is the cable working properly ? It could be seized along an area up to the rear brakes. You may have seized hardware at the rear brakes. Or could have worn out park brake pads or shoes. If you have sued the leaver constantly, you may have a stretched cable.

Bowl turns on our thetford Aqua Magic Style ll rv toilet

the reason you are getting sewer gases are the wax seal under the toilet is not making proper contact with the bowl and flange....pull the toilet and replace the wax a cant leak seal from lowes...may want to buy new bolts to reinstall...they sell plastic ones that you can cut easy after you tighten...make sure to shim the toilet if it moves...use toilet shims...also at lowes...this is why this happened to start was not done right to start ...after all that caulk or grout bowl to you have a pro install...

1995 old cutlass rocker arms wont tighten?

need to know what size motor you have but the 3.1, 3.4, and 3.8 liter motors are know for the rocker arm studs striping out inside of the head so while you think your tightening it your really only turning the nut and the stud. try putting a wrench(13mm) on it and turn to see if stud is turning. if so it will need to be drilled out and a helie coil put in it

The quick release rear wheel has does not operate as well as it used to.Leaver not back.Tighten up,will not hold wheel in place, why ?I know you should push back leaver hence leaver not back.Originally...

Try putting a couple drops of oil on the lever pivot. The tighten the nut on the opposite side about a half turn. That should allow you to tighten the QR a bit more and hopefully that will hold your wheel. If it doesn't, remove the nut and look at the side that clamps against the drop out. There should be visible teeth that bite into the dropout to hold the wheel in place. If the teeth are worn smooth, you need to replace the nut. A steel one will hold up better than an aluminum one.

I am doing wedding gown shopping with my mum and future mother in law and I am feeling very overwhelmed. Any good advice?

The best advice I can give is to go into the wedding salon with at least a basic idea of the kind of dress that you want. Do you know that you love traditional styles or that you want your arms covered or a specific style or color? If so, keep all this in mind as it's easy to be pushed into something you don't really want. Having said that - also keep an open mind as sometimes the perfect dress is one that you never would have considered even trying on.

Hydraulic 2 post auto lift does not go up evenly

Don't know what make and model you have but most have two equalizer cables. These cables cab be adjusted. Raise the arms a bit and look at them. Tighten a cable to raise the low arm or loosen a cable to lower the higher arm.
You might check for a manufacture's web site as most manufactures put instruction manuals on their sites.
Also may inspect and make sure the rams are working properly.

Magic arm needs tightening but I can't figure it out.

loose the small hex scew on the lever side.
turn in the leverto lower the distance.
fix the small hex screw to block the lever on the bolt again.
be sure that you did not loose the 2 3/ 16"balls on the lever side and the 9 balls on the other side
good luck

Adjusting single leaver faucet handle

The little wrench tightens the tension ring that fits on the inside of the retaining nut right under the handle. You fit the little "arms" in the notches.
