Hope you had the webcam unplugged from your computer whilst you installed its drivers.?
Delete the cam & let system re-install it. Start- My computer- right click-properties-hardware-device manager. Find your webcam, right click & uninstall it.Turn your machine off & on(webcam unplugged) When system powered up, plug your cam in & follow wizard instructions.

You need to reinstall the driver as Administrator, and set it for Compatability Mode for XP SP2, and see how that goes.

The Vista webcams from Jasco haven't hit the market yet. So basically your webcam isn't compatible with your machine. There is however a possible fix at www.jascoproducts.com. Go to Support, then click on Browse and Update Microsoft Vista certified products and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. You will see two webcams listed with fixes. This is not a guarantee as this webcam does not have the chipset for Vista, however it has worked for a lot of folks. Good Luck!
