hello . i have a samsung scx-3405f and i have been refil the cartrige ... after i refiled my multifunction machine say on the display "Not Compatible toner cartrige". i donn`t know what to do to him because i have buy a new cartrige and she tell me the same thing. please answer to [email protected] ... tks verry mutch

replace the cartridge

Press the Rcv mode/Contast button repeatedly until the screen shows TEL then press stop. now the machine will do nothing until you lift the hanset and press start to receive a fax. This has no effect on sending.

There is a sensor on the back of the fax machine inside the back door area. There you should see a few plastic chutes that may have a small movable plastic lever called a actuator. This actuatoer may have come out of its pivot points. The parts usually can be snapped back into place. Check by moving the parts and see if the error message goes off. You must move the chute open or closed while looking at the lcd display. This may narrow down your issue.

Remove all papers from the machine, unplug it from the mains suply and try all over again,
If the problem persist most probably there is a broken or an unplug actuator sensor inside the machine or in the scaner area.

You need to presss 1 or 2 on the keypad to tell the fax machine whether the cartridge you've put in it was 1) brand new, or 2) Used

ur machine nothing problem just plug off for atleast 3 hour then re proge genral setting its wii b ok

Check if there is a fuse in place (usually fitted to the front edge of the cartridge) and always replace when refilling.
