MIXER PROBLEM

I AM IN DUBAI, I BOUGHT A KENWOOD MIXER BEFORE 4 MONTH NOW I HAVE A PB WITH THIS MIXER , WHEN I SWITCH ON MIXER MOTOR UNIT ROTTATES BUT BLADES IS NOT ROTTANDING AND IT GIVES SOME SOUNDS ALSO PL EXPLAIN AND PL TELL ME NEAR BY ANY SERVICE CENTER IN ABUHAIL AREA IN DUBAI

PLease advise what is the model of the mixer. If it is a Chef or a Major, it appears that the blades have not been fixed properly. Please push in till you hear a click
