SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

What to do if you want to start a corrupted win 98?

If ur Win 98 system has been corrupted, means only the windows 98 screen appears and then a blue screen appears or after that the system dosnt start or restart follow the following steps:

1. at the time of POST (i.e when u hear the beep sound or when ur monitor shows the first displays) press the F8 key continuously . then select the option Start in Command prompt only
2. in command prompt type C:\>cd windows\sysbckup ( assuming c: is ur system or root directory)
3. then type c:\windows\sysbckup>dir *.cab
4. now select the file depending on the date closest to the date when ur system was operating fine( the file name will be like RB001.cab )
5. now after selecting the file type in the command prompt c:\>windows\sysbckup>copy rb001.cab ..(assuming the file name as rb001.cab)
6. then type c:\windows\sysbckup> cd\
7. then type c:\> extract rb001.cab/e
8.now restart ur pc

need the xp disc someone or thing has deleted a system-32, made the same mistake and had to reload the OS. System 32 is a main part of Your OS with just one little whoops of deletion you render the program useless. it should save your old stuff in a win.old file which it'll explain as you redo the whole thing over again good luck hope I can help

Windows 2000 won't recognise my current HD driver

you cannot up grade from win 98 to win 2000
There is too big a gap in technology to allow it to happen
you have to remove the win 98 operating system and install the win 2000 operating system
That basically means re-formatting the hard drive so save all files and folders to an external storage facility
once you install win 2000 the driver will be installed automatically

Win 98 se file trouble

get hold of a win 98 boot disc (search the net) as it will have the files you are looking for, i am sure. copy them to your hard disc c:\windows or c:\windows\system
put them in both as i cant remember what one they go in. (it will not hurt in both).

good luck

if it's ok with you, you can download and use the Linux operating system. It is also as safe, reliable, and almost similar to windows. You can open files that are used with windows to linux and vice-versa. you can download free it from http://www.linux.org/

Hidden files

Hi,

When you open the window "My Computer" you need to open the "Folder options". under "Folder Options" you have three tabs, you need to click on the "View" tab.
Under "View" tab you have an option as "Hidden files and folders", you may select the option according to your choice over there.

Note : - In win XP the "Folder options" are present under the "Tools" tab, however it might be under the "View" tab in the "my computer" in win 98. I don't have a Win 98 handy to check that. i am sure you would be able to find that out. Once you have the "Folder options" the steps are same as mentioned above.

Hope that resolves your issue. Will wait for tee rating.

Thanks
Sammy
