Hi, try Another cam to see if ur pc will detection it if it does then that cam is faulty .or swap ports just to see if something happens and it is advisable to restart ur machine after connections of hardware .

hello. You have to install the camera by inserting the computer disk that came with it and downloading the information. If you don't have a disk, you can get the driver for free at the following link
