My Logitech Clear Chat Headphones installed correctly at first then I renewed my security and now i cant get any sound from my headphones. Ive tried everything I can think of todo. Please help me.

    The new driver didn't change a thing. I've made sure the battery is fully charged and the music is playing. Could it be a settings problem? How should Network be set up? If at all as I am not on a network. The gadget itself puzzles me. The right earpiece has a + sign at the top and a - sign down the bottom and yet the ear pieces don't rotate. The left headphone with the microphone that rotates is up to be switched off and, also according to the directions, there is supposed to be a switch somewhere to mute the microphone. A mystery to me. Another thing, where is the battery which may have to be replaced one day? I'm getting a bit fed up but the gadget worked so well at first.

First make sure your haead set connected proeprly to computer in right jack.
Also check sound driver is correctly installed and works fine.
Check there is not mute the sound.If still same issue then unistall sound driver then reinstall.

This will remove your bad driver and install the new one for you. If it doesn't solve your problem that will tell you that the headphones themselves are faulty and should be returned while still under warranty.

Dimension 4700 my headphones work fine but i cant


Are you have the headphones and speakers both pluged in? When you plug in headphones the speakers get muted. You need to change your sound settings back to your sound card if you use usb headphones. The plug on the front of the 4700 also automatically mutes the speakers.

Skype can not detect microphone

Check and see if your TV is on a mono setting. That would cause all sounds to play through the right and left speakers or the headphones.

Logitech headphones not working with MSN


The internet bandwidth or speed is too low or being occupied by some other programs.Thereby leaving a low speed for the msn to work.The solution would be close some applications using internet or reinstall the msn messenger.

Try uninstalling the software, then re-install it again and only plug the headphones in when asked to do so, this will enable the program to pick the headphones up and install the correct driver, if windows picks it up as new hardware and tries to install the drivers for it then it will not work correctly.

What version of vista are you using 32 or 64?
