Even If the headphone is new and it does not work, there might be internal hardware problem.You need to contact mobile repairing shop.If the earpiece filter is damage we need to change / make jumper.Good luck

Try *#7370# . This will reset your phone to factory settings.

Tray to remove memory card before swithing on.stil not work? tray to formatt press and hold * button,no 3 button, green(call) button and power on in the same time till your phone twingkling.your phone will back to factory setting.Good luck.

in music window select option then scroll down till you reach headphones select and the music will be played through headphones, BUT make sure that the headphones are inserted properly

Please find the below mentioned steps and kindly follow the steps,

1.Switch off the mobile.
2.Remove the sim card,battery and memory card.
3.Hold the switch on button for 20 to 30 secs,
4.After that replace the sim card and the battery.
5.Now switch on the mobile,
6.After it has switched on now replace the memory card.
