Main menu is going on blinking.

ms office 2003 was installed and after few days i got the problem of osd lock later i uninstalled it and now the main menu is going on blinking please let me no the solution for it.my screen is of viewsonic E70fSB.

its a problem with the monitor and press and hold the menu button on the monitor and the problem will be resolved
