Based on you concern, I suggest trying the following steps:
1. You can download the lenovo power management here.
2. Go to Power Management section.
3. Makesure you select the Windows version of the software that matches your Windows operating system.
4. Afterdownloading the driver install it and then restart your computer.

well try f8 while booting, and choose safe mode, and try, if not you must have instalation disk for repair windows, it´s normal with virus installed.
