my iphone fell and the screen is slightly broken and went blank (all white) and it's not responding. I can't use it . The screen is all white.

The iPhone screen is not too hard to replace. A good source for thepart would be ebay. But There is a stepby step guide toothat explainshow to repair the jack as opposed to replacing it, it could just be a connection issue : iPod touch repair. There are also third party iPod repair companies that do it for you.

try a hard reset (hold sleep/wake and homescreen button till "hopefully" apple logo appears

or hook into iTunes and attempt a restore.
If none of that works your probobly out of luck, sry.
