Problem on my mobile phone

-   My samsung N620 hangs when charging aswell as when i press any key.It work''s only for some seconds.But after some seconds i cannot do anything with that.It does not respond's on pressing key's or anything.

What i do is i open up the phone's battery and again put it.And again press the start button it start's but after some second's it again hang's.

Plzz help me to solve this problem.-   slxi
