pleaseexplain the functions of the "f1,2,3,etc" keys. I am a novice I bought this laptop and need to learn its functions. What are the top "f" keys used for? What is the function thereof?

each key is for different useage. Some is for dvd player controls, usually f9-f12, then f5-f8 are screen controls, f1-f4 is usually printer, and internet usage.
