What Operating System are you using? it sounds like the Screen itself mat be faulty.
When you say it's shaking does it look like the screen is shaking or is it the picture on the screen.
Is the screen itself completely black and only the Taskbar is showing?

When the screen goes black, shine a flashlight on the screen to see if you can see a faint picture. If you can then the ballast board for the backlight is bad. If you can't see a faint picture, then the T-CON board needs replacing. You can get parts from here:

that kind of problem needs a tech right away.

The inverter board has been defected. This cause black on the screen because there is no back light.

You might have loose conections on the horizontal driver or output circuit,do not use it like that or it will go dead completely and is going to cost a lot more.If the set is older than 5 years it might have loose conections in the power supply too.Call someone qualified for an estimate.
