Not all phones worked with the same codes, but then again, you have nothing to loose. Follow this steps: a. for custom reset: *2767*2878# (the phone will restart) b. for full reset: *2767*3855# (the phone will restart) c. Set the phone's password to 0 *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# Place the wrong sim card, and type: *7465625*638*00000000# Now take out the battery and place it back. I hope it works.
