Have new SanSa mp3 player... will not turn on.. held on button many times for 60 sec +.. When plug in to PC shows full charge.. but when disconnected will not turn on

Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings. http://www.sandisk.com/e200series/fwupgrade
