Question about Acer Aspire L100 PC Desktop
I was given an Aspire L100 that was used only briefly in a marketing project. It is brand new and has Windows Vista. However the logon screen has a password that no one knows. I can't get on. Does anyone know what I can do?
If you received this computer from the marketing department then take it to your company's network administrator and have him/her log into the computer as an administrator. Then ask him/her to make a user account on the computer so you can log into the system with your own name and password. If this computer is not part of any company that you belong to and you outright purchased this computer then why not reformat the computer and reinstall the O.S. with your installation CD? The data on the computer can't be important to you so just wipe it and reinstall. Then use the "administrator" username with a blank password and start fresh.

this is only a try. Switch on your system and then if your system prompted to supply password in any username thereto. just leave that instead. simultaneously press " Ctrl + Alt+ Delete" two times. Your prompted to supply " Username" and "Password":
On Username: type " administrator" all lower case
On Password: leave it blank.
and then click OK. may this solve.
If this not work then sorry i have to go on research about that.
