Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I had formatted my Sansa, and like an idiot I forgot to save what was on it as far as the folders and firmware. Now all I can do when I turn it on is look at the pretty blue light on the wheel; my computer doesn't even recognize the Sansa for what it is anymore. To my computer my Sansa is a unknown USB device. I want to be able to reinstall the firmware and get it back to running the way it used to run.
Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the SanDisk website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.
Download the driver to your compter while you are at the SanDisk website
