Problem for Pentair Minimax NT Heater

Error Code E04

Error Code E04 "Fan Failure"
But fan operates! However heater will not light. Is this an erroneous error code? The Power, Thermostat and Pressure LEDs are on. If the fan is operating, why is there an error?

check that the silicone tube that that goes from air pressure switch to the fan does not have any holes in it. Caused by rats.
