D530M Dehumidifier---Have the hose hooked to the back but the tank fills up and shuts off. What do I need to do to make it self draining?

Dumb question, is there a hole in the tank where you attached the hose?

Check it. remove the hose - look closely - If it doesnt have a hole in it ... put one in it

and I promise I won't laff ...
