Question about Bosch Axxis WFL 2060 Front Load Washer
I know a fault code e-13 indicates a flow rate was measured to be inadequate. I'd suggest pulling off your water inlet hose (turn the water off first of course) and checking for dirt or other obstructions affecting the flow into the machine. That is the most common issue, especially in rural areas with well water, or areas of very hard water.
Aside from that being the problem, you'll need to **first pull the plug to the unit from the wall outlet/or dryer,** pull the sensor (located downstream of the inlet valve, before dispenser assembly, if removing it, make a note of the direction. the body of the sensor will have a small arrow indicating the "flow direction". make sure to reinstall it the right way.) then check for dirt/foreign particals in that and either clean it or replace it, or the inlet valve assembly itself is bad. (you can ohm it out at each coil and should have a value of between ~2.7 - 4.5k ohms).
hope that helps, let me know by giving feedback.

Welcome to FixYa
E13 error in
your Bosch WFVC washer is a drain error and is displayed when the drain time
exceeds & the washer is unable to drain so the door won't open sometimes
when this error is displayed. You will have to clean the drain trap in the
bottom right hand corner. You can stick a straighten paper clip in the access
panel located inside the front bottom panel through the whole and then turn the access
panel counter clockwise to unscrew the plastic drain cap behind it. After
everything is cleaned and the error returns then replacing the drain pump is
recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
