Question about Samsung SYNC SGH-A707 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

My Samsung A707 acts like it's trying to restart continuously. It gets 80% through the start up (based on progress bar on bottom of display) and then restarts again.

This type of thing usually happens when your phone is connected to charger that provides insufficient or far more power that is required to charge your phone.........but if your phone is not connected to charger then first put a piece of paper or any thin material with your battery in order to get it more closer to jumper(the terminals at phone where battery is to be conected) if the problem still exists then try to change your battery.

Hello,

No,it is not normal for the phone to be acting that way. The reason that the phone is acting that way is simply because there is a virus on the phone, you will have to flash the phone with the best appropriate software or upgrade the firmware of the phone by connecting the phone to a computer with the software and upgrade the phone from there.

That will do the job for you.
