After uploaded all pictures from my memory card to my laptop; I try to take a picture, it says that there is a memory card error. And if I try to open up the memory card from my computer, it says it cannot access the card due to a I/O Error. I am not sure what is wrong with my memory card, but it will not let me take any pictures.  Please help!

I bought a DigitalVisions Hi-Speed 150X 4GB SD card when I bought my HDD camcorder. It did not work in my new camcorder. I put it in a new Kodak EasyShareZ1275 and it worked fine the first time. I put it in my computer and got the pictures off. Later when I put it in the camera again it said it was full even though I deleted all the pictures off it. Now it wants me to format it it as soon as it goes into my camera??? Help.

Well sometimes when you don't "eject" the memory card properly, the card can have registry errors which makes it corrupt and you can't view the card properly. My suggestion is to put it back in your computer and try to reformat the memory card. This can simply be done by right clicking the card in ""my computer" and choose reform.

How do I upload photos from my computer to the picture frame? The frame says PC Connection established. Remote is temporarily inoperative.

does the picture frame have an internal memory or accepts a memory card?

if memory card is accepted then try uploading images to the memory card and then inserting the memory card into the picture frame.

i hope this was helpful.

Camera memory is full. On upload, indicates no

There could be a memory card error or the Operating system may not recognize the entries on the device. Try connecting the card directly to the computer through a card reader. This might help. If not running a photo recovery software will get back your pictures. Check and try running it on the memory card. After you get back all your pictures, I would recommend formatting your memory card, so you start off fresh the next time.

Memory card fault or camera fault?

When the camera writes the image files to the memory card, it also creates index/information files. Without those files the camera will not display the images.

Check the software you used to upload the images with. There's probably a checkbox or option that tells it to delete the images from the card after uploading them.

Memory card error

Take the card out of the camera, and re-insert it. See if you get the same error. If so, it has likely been corrupted. Reformatting it may correct the error, but you will lose whatever was on it, unfortunately.

(Also, if you have another reader, like what most PC's have on the front of them, give it a shot - there's a chance it's the camera, and not the card.

Uploading pictures back onto my camera

Hey hapurves,
Uploading your images should not remove the images from your memory card. If your images are no longer on your memory card the card has most likely been formatted. You could try connecting the memory card to your laptop with a card reader and under My Computer right click on the icon for your memory card and select open. Now you could try copying the images you want back on the memory card and pasting them into a folder on the memory card. I hope this helps!

Memory card I?O error

Try using USB SD-card reader to access the files. If it fails, you need a new card.

Otherwise, try formatting the card, and test it by filling it up with test videos and test images.
