Go to the hardware store ... get one each male and female plug (three wire). Put the appropriate plug on each end of the cut. Bingo. it is fixed.

I hope this helps you

I was mowing my grass and ran over a pipe and now my lawn mower leaves oil from the bottom help what can I do?

I would up-end it and see where the oil is coming from. Once you do that, you can decide how to fix whatever is now broken or bent.

Has anybody rebuilt the gearbox on the Solaris SP21HB? Is it difficult?

I would take it apart at least ther maybe some key ways that broke. That would be a cheap fix most lawn mowers have them

How to fix Mower cord stuck after hitting rock?

Pull the plug. MAKE SURE THE PLUG IS COMPLETLY REMOVED AND SEPARATED FROM THE MOWER!! Remove the cover with the pull start attached. see if you can turn it by the flywheel or the blade. If you can, you can just have the rewind repaired.
If not, then you have a probable bent or twisted crankshaft. Most likely not worth repair.

Lost the clutch when i ran inti a stump, nothing appears to be loose or dissconnected

Sounds like the belt has broken or came off the clutch pulley going to the drive pulley. Go to www.m& and put your model # of the mower in the parts diagram lookup and it will show a break down on the mower so you can fix it

Ran over somthing with lawn mower now it wont

You're right to check the flywheel key - are you certain it's ok? Also our instinct is to tip the machine over to clear the obstruction, which can send oil to places it shouldn't be! Does the machine have compression? It's possible to break the con-rod if you hit something really solid. You can check the piston's still moving by taking out the spark plug and inserting something like a cable tie in the plug hole. As you turn the engine over you should be able to detect the piston moving up and down. The jolt could also have dislodged coke in the engine that could foul the spark plug. Try fitting a new one. Come back to me if none of these solutions work..
