Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
Ive tryed charging it in, but when i insert the plug it will only show a charge for about 30 seconds then it goes off, i tryed switching the battery to another psp but the same problem, then i tryed with a car charger and i still get the same thing, what might my problem be or what shoulld i do??
Replacing the batteries and chargers should help, also don't leave your charger plugged in when its done, you will occasionally devastate it,making it charge slow and battery life drain in hi speed,Best option is to charge it until to 90%-95%.

U have briked ur psp and need to hold r trigger (while psp boots up) and recover it (that only works if u have custom firmware) if u dont have custom firmware u need to get a pandora battery and jig stick and use that to downgrade an restore ur psp to 1.50

Ok I had made a Pandora Battery to unbrick and downgrade PSP's. Well as I was doing transforming the battery I neglected to back up the eprom.
I instead loaded and eprom from another battery. The battery would not charge and would only show a small percetage and then shut down.
This worked for me. I took a high output white LED and carefully slid it into the two end slots on my OEM Battery. You know you have the right polarity when the LED lights up. Now as the LED only draws minimal current it was still going after one week. I then added an incandesant flashlight type bulb by connecting it to the led leads. You have to be careful as not to short the wires together. Let it run and you will see it slowly dim as the battery drains.
Do not let the battery draw for too long though. Check it frequently and wiggle the LED so you can tell you still have a connection. If the incandesant bulb is out but the LED is still lit you should be good to go. Draining the battery too long can reverse the polarity and pooch your battery.
I plugged my battery into an external wall type PSP battery charger and let it charge for several hours. I was suprised to see the charging light turn green. I placed it into my PSP and checked the battery's properties and it was 100%!
I gave it to my kid to play with for a while and it played fine. I then took and backed up the eprom and changed it back to a pandora battery as it is my spare.

The problem 's if u kept ur psp battrey without changing the battery it will bad , you have to wake up the battery by open the battery ,you remove the battery from the case .use solding iron to remove it after that , use ur psp changer to jump start the battery for just 5 min , after that solder it back it will start working ,,,,,,, bye
