Question about OKI C5500n Printer
Remove the drum unit. With an alcohol swab, clean the little wire sensors that touch the sides of the drum unit that are protruding from where the unit usually sits. Also clean the copper connectors on the drum unit where those sensors touch. Clean the lens on the underside of the printer lid with an alcohol swab. Try printing again. If that doesn't work, you need a new drum. If the drums are relatively new, call Oki and they'll replace it for free. 1-800-OKIDATA.

In your print driver there is the option (nder Maintenance) to clean the heads. Run this and then run a test print. It should remove the lines. If it doesn't run again. If you haven't used the printer in a while it may take several cleanings to correct. If after 4 or 5 cleans, the problem still exists, buy a new cartridge; your current one is dead (even though the other colours may be fine).

With I could post a solutions but I have the same problem! Cyan has horizontal gaps, rest of the colors seem to be ok. I've realigned and cleaned the heads many times.
