Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
1. unplug the unit, press and hold the ok and Cancel buttons at the same time, while holding both buttons plug the unit back i. this refreshes the virtual ram. and it should resolve the issue.
2. if that dose fail please do a factory reset unplug the unit first now reset it by pressing and holding # and 3 on the keypad while plugging the power cord back in
