Question about Sony BRAVIA KDL-46V3000 Television
The power comes on and you can actually see some static, but no picture. Can the screen be replaced? And how much would one cost me? I am mechanically inclined and could therefore do the installation myself. Need some help here, I'd hate to throw this set away if there is a remote possibility that I could repair it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The plasma panel will cost almost as much as the set is worth. With the price of these sets coming down it is possible it would cost more than you origionally paid. The boards are worth quite a bit and in high demand so dont discard the set without stripping it out. If you dont want to go thru the trouble take it to a shop they will buy it as is.
