I bought a nokia 6288 in england and am changing sim cards from the contract to sim to a different sim and it is asking me for a restriction please help me asap.

Hi there! I went to use my T-Mobile chip in my Nokia 6288 but when i turn it on it's asking me to "enter restriction code!"
