You will probably have to order them through the Ryobi website. I do not think there are any service centers in Australia. I could be wrong, but there are none listed on the Ryobi Website. Heres a link for the parts website: http://www.ryobitools.com/support/parts_batteries

Bicycle brakes just like car brakes suffer from wear and tear. The brakes takes 2 - 3 secs before grabbing on because of 2 things. The first being that the brake pads have become flatter than they should be therefore need replacement.
Or secondly because the cables which are connected from the brake handles to the tires are a bit loose on one side or both sides. When this occurs the pressure needed for them to function properly becomes more than usual. Get this adjusted and the bicycle brake should function well without delay.
