If you can get on the net download the program avast virus scan at avast.com
the home edition is free.. Install, scan your computer, then it will be safe to shutdown the computer or reboot.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Follow these steps to fix a Blue Screen in Safe Mode

Once booting start, select "Safe Mode" from the boot menu.

Scan your hard drive by running your antivirus software . If the program locates an infection, move it to your vault or follow the on-screen instructions. After program completion, if a virus was removed, attempt to reboot your computer and see if this clears up the problem. If not, restart your computer in safe mode.

Restore your computer to a previous point. Click on the "Start" button. Select "All Programs", "Accessories", "System Tools" and finally "System Restore". Choose a restore point on or before the last day your computer worked without error. Finally Reboot your computer to see if it loads correctly.

Hello,

You will need a Windows CD, which i think came with your laptop. Insert the CD and follow the instructions on-screen.

Personal Security unwanted instalation

if you start the system from either the restore disk that came with your system, or if you have the restore partition, press F10 as you are booting up and that will launch the setup in the restore partition, Select complete restore, this will reformat your drive and restore the system to Factory default.

Acer laptop

reboot and go to safe mode with networking

download malware bytes from www.malwarebytes.org

install it and update it and run it and then remove the infections after that reboot to normal mode.

that should fix it if it is a virus problem (thats what i am thinking).

if not then maybe its the mouse that needs to be replaced

cheers
