The water dispenser is not working but the ice maker is working fine. What could be the problem?

Water won't work but icemaker does and i tore the line apart on bottom of fridge and get water out to there but it wont go up the door and out the despenser

i can hear the pump come on when dispenser lever is pushed but no water, replaced filter no help

ICE CUBE MAKER WORKS....WATER DISPENSER DOES NOT...AT ALL.
