Question about Dell DJ Ditty MP3 Player
Reset the player by trying the reset switch.
If that fails,
Try this:
disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume +
button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume +
button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds.
Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will
pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
