LG EnV Touch resetting itself.

Check your firmware version. Settings and Tools > Phone Info > SW/HW Version and check the SW Version.

The resetting itself problem appears to be an issue with VX11KV04. The previous version doesn't have those problems (I have the issues, but my fiance doesn't with his. His phone is on version 3, mine is on 4. A bit of searching on the verizon forums confirms that others are having the same issues with this firmware version.

I have VX11KV03... I also got my phone in July, and now it doesn't hold a full charge (goes up 3 bars at max after a full charge).

The EnV Touch is a BIG waste of money...
