Question about Westinghouse LTV-32w1 32 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
I have the same issue, with this TV, you can unplug it and wait a few minutes and plug it back in. This may or may not work. Sometimes I have to unplug it and plug it back in 4 or 5 times.
I think my Westinghouse finally kicked the bucket altogether today.

I had a similar problem with 2 other lcds. In one of them there were 3 capacitors that needed to be changed. In the other the main (biggest capactior) needed to be replaced. Someone may have already posted the solution for this tv with more details than I can provide.
