I also accidentally deleted my audio card - everywhere I have gone someone wanted to sell me something to fix it. I discovered that by going into the System Restore and going back to a date where everything was working correctly, my audio program was also restored. Hope this saves someone else some time, effort and $$.

reinstall it from sound blaster website, or the computers manufactures website, or from the CD which came with the computer.
