How to reset the mp3 player when it freezes::::

Hey everyone... I found out, that if your mp3 player won't turn off or just freezes up, hold the power button down for 15 seconds and it will turn off and reset:) Hope this helps-

hey i have Etec M702 model mp3 player . it was working fine. but i turned it of for a reason and than later when i tried turning it on it wont turn on. i dont know what to do  help
