Question about RIM BlackBerry 8820 Smartphone
I have a Blackberry 8820 hooked up to my USB cable. The balcberry desktop recognizes the blackberry but I want to simply move and copy folders using My computer but my computer does NOT show the device! ...and I'm sorry to say but your packaged Roxio software sucks! I have downloaded and reloaded the program several times and it always crashes. Please help steve
On your bb curve go to options then select media card. then after the words "when connected", make it say yes. this will make it visible. go to computer and click drive f. give it a try. bet it solves ur problem.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
