Question about Paxar Monarch 9403 Thermal Printer
It is possible that you are loading the wrong type of label for this printer. Since these printers use either a die cut gap or black mark on the back of the label liner to know when to stop, it is possible that the labels you are using are not meant for this printer.
If you have used them before, you may have to change a setting in your menu from die cut to black mark or visa versa. Then you should see your labels dispense to the proper position when indexing or printing.
