They really aren't critical. You should be able to just eyeball them. You may have a bad sensor if you are having trouble. One of them is the sending unit and the small light is on all the time. The other is the receiving unit and the light will only be on when they are pointed correctly. The receiving unit is also the one that quits working usually. If neither light is on you may have a wiring problem.

Error A06 but when i check the paper feed tray from some obstacle of some sort, there is none...

Ghost jams can be caused by a missing sensor flag or, a small piece of paper that is caught in the paper path at an optical sensor. One of my tricks is to take a sheet of card stock letter size and push it slowly & carefully through the paper path starting at the input from where the paper tray feeds up through the registration rollers. The other place a shard of paper could be is in the fuser assembly itself. A flashlight and small, flat tools to carefully remove any obstructions are a must. Good luck.

What is the meaning of code e-01 on riso tr1510

this is a common error among riso machines. this has something to do with the main motor. main motor is a minor factor of this trouble. mostly the problem is *ssociated with main drive itself, like probolem with the clamper area. when the clamper falls, the tendency is to block the rotationm of the drum thus the error.
also please note that any obstruction on the rotation of the drum will likely cause this trouble.
good luck.

Unit becomes unresponsive

how about the remote controller did you check the battery if worn out or low charge?.if you confirmed that remote controller is good so the problem will be in the projector. ok the first thing you can do is to check weather the IR sensor is free from dust or no obstruction. now after you clean the sensor the doesn't receive signal from the remote, the cause it could be the sensor get bad or the sensor driver ic get bad. at this time i recommend to send the unit to the benQ service center to do the work. they have qualified personnel and proper device that can trouble shot the projector. thanks for using the fixya good luck.

Accelarates to 3000 rpm, without me hitting the gas.

Ouch. that's awful high. Check your accelerator linkage on the engine for binding, obstructions, not returning to idle position. You may have a huge vacuum leak: any hissing noise, odd noises? Check all your vacuum lines for cracking, brittleness, not connected, etc. How does car run otherwise? Had a tune-up lately? Also, you should have your engine computer scanned for trouble codes- Autozone will do scans and give you code numbers and descriptions for free-so will lots of national chains. A trouble code may direct you to a sensor malfunction. One or two of your sensors have a lot to do with controlling idle speed, but it could be a lot of other things, too. Don't give up. Got spark but engine wont start

Thank you for the inquiry.
It's great that you got spark that means we don't have electrical issues to trouble shoot. If this bike has been stored for a while or not used over the winter we should probably start out with fresh gas. Gas left in the carburetor for long periods sometimes gets shellacked up and gums up the jets and float valve.
Some trouble shooting steps:
  1. Make sure the fuel shut off valve is in the on position. You can disconnect the fuel line at the carburetor and check for fuel flow. Might be some rust or corrosion at the bottom of the tank or in the valve obstructing the flow. If so then clean and clear.
  2. Tank vent tube at the top - check for obstructions and blow through to clear and confirm.
  3. First test: Turn the slide stop screw most of way out to get max suction.
  4. Lay bike on it's side until you see fuel overflow (Old Husquvarna starting trick)
  5. Slowly crank the engine through a couple of times with the choke on.
  6. Bring start lever up on the compression stroke then kick through real hard. Should pop.
  7. If won't pop or fire we will have to remove and open the carburetor and clean the pilot jet with a pipe cleaner and blow through it, clean and check the main jet, make sure the float valve is opening and allowing fuel into the bowl. Re-attache fuel line and open fuel shut off to confirm flow is coming through the float valve.
  8. Re-assemble the carburetor and install. Note- Good idea to install new gaskets to ensure max suction and no air leaks.
  9. Repeat the start procedure from step 3.
  10. Once bike starts and warms up turn the choke off and run the slide stop screw back in until it idles properly.
If you have other questions just reply to the comment section and we can do some other trouble shooting or make recommendations.
Best regards,
TF

Engine starts , runs ,but will cut out at on hwy when accelerating . it happens irradically usually when its warmed up

could be more issues. but from the description, (accererating), sounds like it is starving for fuel. This will take trouble shooting as well, as can many things cause this condition. Could be a fuel line blockage, a fuel filter clogged, a jet issue...or in you case, clogged injectors. At this point, An injector cleaner, (fuel additive), will not solve a blocked problem, but rather a sand cleaner...(blasting), then being rodded out...will correct if it involves injectors. Probably not sensor related, but rather an obstruction...Good Luck! I hope you find this to be very helpful!
