1. 1. perform browser reset. open IE . click on tools - internet options - advanced - reset.
2. disable the security software.or else uninstall it.
3. reduce the IE security level down to low by going into tools IE options.
4.check in safe mode with networking. ( when computer boots up hit F8 and select safemode with netowrking.) ,if it works fine there then it could be an issue with 3 rd party softwares in the computer.
